If something is wrong
Check your device when it arrives or when you collect it. If it is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us through our support page as soon as possible and we will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
How to return an item
- Contact us with your order reference before sending anything back.
- Return the device with its box and accessories.
- Returns can be dropped off at 41 Kodesho Street, opposite Cash and Carry, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack.
What is not covered
Damage caused after delivery, such as drops, liquid damage or unauthorised repairs.
